I repurpose worn or damaged sneakers , and incomplete pairs, to create my one of a kind upcycled leather goods and sneaker art.

This gorgeous piece features the elephant print leather and Nike Air heeltab sampled directly from an authentic Jordan 3 Black Cement 2018. I paired the sneaker material with premium Italian Badalassi Carlo vachetta leather for the additional card pocket of this MagSafe cardholder. The result is a unique, hand-stitched functional piece of handcrafted sneaker art worthy of admiration from any sneaker enthusiast. 

As always, the intent of this piece was to ensure the essence of the original sneaker remains intact, highlighting the features of the Jordan 3 design, while transforming into something entirely new.

This isn’t mass production. It’s art. Each piece is meticulously designed and stitched by hand, carrying the history of the sneaker it came from and the creativity that turns it into something entirely new. By giving these materials a second life, I’m not just preserving their story—I’m rewriting it.

When you invest in a piece from eightyfivecustoms, you’re not just purchasing a product; you’re owning a piece of sustainable artistry, built with care, vision, and authenticity. 

Handcrafted using 100% authentic sneakers. Materials are cut directly from the shoes. Authenticity guaranteed. This item is a piece of “upcycled art”, and is not associated with the brand the piece is upcycled from.

**Every piece created is custom made by hand and unique to itself, usually using authentic pre-owned sneakers with wear and tear. We embrace each sampled sneakers characteristics, and even its flaws due to age and wear. These features tell the story of that specific shoe, and I give that shoe new life and purpose. Please allow for the artist to have creative freedom while creating your individual piece. Shoes vary in size and shape etc, so the product pic is a general idea of what your specific piece will look like, but not always a mirror image. The direction of the swoosh is totally random, and may be facing the opposite direction of the one in the product pics. I will use my best judgment and creativity to ensure you’re getting a piece I’m proud to stamp my name on.

I ship my items via USPS. You will receive a notification for tracking when your order ships out. Please double check to make sure that your shipping address is correct. I can not be responsible for a package once it has left my possession and is in the hands of USPS. I have had issues with scammers, and I have to protect myself. If you would like me to add shipping insurance to your order, please email me. I cannot assist with an undelivered package without shipping insurance. Again, order at your own risk. Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties/fees. Keep this in mind before ordering. 

For orders being shipped outside of U.S. I will ship via UPS Worldwide Shipping service. Though nearly all international orders are successfully delivered without issue, I have experienced issues in the past with a few orders not reaching their final destination to certain countries, and I suggest you order at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for an international package that doesn’t arrive, and there will be no refund for an undelivered package once I have confirmation that UPS has received your package from my possession. Please double check to make sure your shipping address and contact information is correct, and the method that your country uses to deliver to you when shipped with UPS from the U.S., whether right to your mailbox, or a pick up location etc.. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Again, once your order leaves my possession and is in the hands of UPS, I can no longer be liable for its delivery.
